Band Boosters Rummage Sale/Bazaar

Band Booster’s Bazaar March 20, 2010 - 8am-2pm

The Vermilion Band Boosters will be holding a community rummage sale on Saturday, March 20th at the Vermilion High School Commons.  In addition, we will have concessions, a bake sale, and businesses will have tables to rent to sell their merchandise.

All proceeds from the event will be used for the purchase of new marching band uniforms and equipment.  Please help to make our event successful.

How you can help be a part in reaching our goal:

• Make a cash donation (stop in the day of the sale or see a director any time).
• Donate items to sell in the rummage sale.  Rummage sale items can be dropped off on Friday, March 19th (3 p.m. - 8 p.m. in the VHS Commons).  
• Donate baked goods (please label with ingredients).  Baked goods can be dropped off by 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 20th. If you can bring baked goods, please email Mrs. Prete (cubmaster409mp@roadrunner.com) by Thursday, March 18th, letting her know you will bring them.
• Purchase any items or baked goods at our sale.
• Ask business people to rent a table (i.e. people who sell candles, make-up, household products, etc.) - booth rental is NOT for individual people to sell ‘rummage sale’ type goods.  Table rental $15 for 6 hours.
• Rent a Table for your business: Table Rental - $15 for 6 hours. If you are interested in renting a table, please print, complete and return the bottom of THIS FILE by Thursday, March 18th. With questions, please feel free to contact Mr. Oshaben at 440-204-1773 or Marianne Prete at 440-396-7149.
• Volunteer your time helping at the event. We will need help setting up for the event, working the event, and cleaning up afterwards. All students will receive Community Service for their participation and points for Office Hours. If you are interested in helping out during the event, please print, complete and return the bottom of THIS FILE by Thursday, March 18th.

*** DONATIONS ***
- Anything and everything can be dropped off.
    - Items typically donated (clothes, appliances, furniture, electronics, 'knick-knacks', home furnishings, books, toys, housewares, DVD's and CD's.
- Friday, March 19th, 3pm-8pm in the Vermilion High School Commons.
