First Year Spanish Students Learn Weather Vocabulary

As Senor Amstutz's first year Spanish class learned their weather vocabulary, they also learned how to stage a mock weather forecast all in Spanish! Students randomly drew weather forecasts of Spanish-speaking cities around Central and South America and then wrote and staged their own television forecast all in Spanish. Students designed their own maps with the new mimeo boards and created their own props. Each ten-day forecast was graded on originality, grammatical accuracy and vocabulary usage.
